To any feminist on the topic of abortion. Would you get an abortion if you found out your baby had down syndrome? (there's an in-utero test for those who don't know. it's safer then the old one.)

Have you ever met a downy? Sure they have some serious problems but most go on to lead fairly normal, productive happy lives and they are valued as people for their contributions, their love and the joy they bring into the lives of others.

Why do feminists hate downys?

No feminists on this site. Most people who would abort a downy don't hate them, you misunderstand. I'd have my wife abort a downy without a 2nd thought.

The purpose of having children is to they can lead a good life and go on to have children of their own. Downys are almost always sweet, but they require a disproportionate amount of resources and will never lead a normal life. They will not further your legacy or have children of their own.
