Personally I'd like to see an effort to raise the "cull" numbers right across the Geo-spectrum, in fact I think an incentive program should be considered, say.. a free watermelon, a bucket of KFCdump duck and a tube of Gorilla Glue to anyone in the "projects" that proves they've eliminated at least a hundred of their own...with ample broadcasting I'm sure we can motivate the competitive spirit between African Congo and "Chicongo".
