I’m going to Arkansas. Land is cheap, white people, warm weather, conservatives. What else you need?
Ssshhh! Don't tell people about Arkansas! It's 100% rednecks and trailer parks. No mountains, no rivers, just wall to wall hillbillies. You and everyone else would be better off in colorado, california, or oregon. They have fun outdoor stuff. It's where the cool people go.
Mountains naturally repel both blacks and jews, and the land is probably a bit cheaper. But maybe I will consider arkansas too. Bet the weather is nicer.
I live in Texas, land is expensive and hot/dry. Get more rain in AR, and beautiful views. Probably just need to amend your soil for gardening since the good stuff probably gets washed down the mountain over the years. It’s my escape plan anyway.
And if that doesnt work out you have your nipples to fall back on.
