Pre-Incarnation Israel became the Church - most of the First Century Judeans became Christians, considering Christ’s *enormous* popularity with the lower classes. There exist Palestinian (mostly Orthodox) Christians to this day, who are descended from these Judeans - a fact the terrorist state of Israel likes to keep on the D/L.
