Pre-Incarnation Israel became the Church - most of the First Century Judeans became Christians, considering Christ’s enormous popularity with the lower classes.
There exist Palestinian (mostly Orthodox) Christians to this day, who are descended from these Judeans - a fact the terrorist state of Israel likes to keep on the D/L.
