If the Founding Fathers thought that lawyers should be licensed then why are there no such requirements for SCOTUS?
Why is it that so many of our lawmakers are lawyers? AFAIK it was not supposed to be this way.
That de Tocqueville fellow said that in the early 19th century, every American household seemed to have Shakespeare's works. Perhaps that is why the country was better then, as everyone knew of The (((Merchant))) of Venice and to kill all the lawyers?
Even kikes think that their industry regulatory unions are wrong, Seinfeld and Milton Friedman railed hard against the AMA.
Correct me if I'm wrong, I think some of the founding fathers were also lawyers, but I do not know if they were licensed.
