With mass interpreted as a function of energy in terms of electon volts, it may be possible couple and syncronize wave propagation with a constructive pattern that adds to the initial gravitational wave. When we figure that out, then the size of the gravitational waves reaching us would be less relevant to the amount of mass-energy we could constructively add to them. How was that not obvious from my original post?
