As shitty as it is to recommend, reddit's beer exchange. Post where you are, people will offer trades. But, all in all, fuck reddit. Perhaps poal could get something like that going for those that don't care about doxing themselves. Oh! Cryptobeer! Distributed beer network, you know, for beer!
