My theory is that it could be for a few reasons; lacking key evidence to help back up affidavits, not wanting to cause a panic with half the country. You probably will need something like verified text messages, secret recording or something that proves that there were individuals that conspired to rig the election If you have that key evidence, then all those affidavits will hold up in court
