Parents fucking do everything planning around their kids and don't just do what they want to do and the kid comes along for the ride. From the start kids are fucking spoiled beyond belief compared to 99.99% of human history. These idiots ask a 5 year old their opinion and what they want to eat and everything is some big ordeal to make sure the kid is happy.

This can't be good for society or the kids it is not Natural

That probably makes sense in your head. I actually enjoyed customer service for a very long time. That's not to say there isn't things about it that suck, there is. One of those things is people who think that since they're the customer they can do whatever they want and I just have to deal with it. People are entitled to prompt and polite service, they're not entitled to be inconsiderate.

They can to a point.

and I just have to deal with it.

Smile and take it. I did it for years.

True, when they cross that line a manager, or if your the manager can 86 em.

You should try the ultimate in customer service. Being a security guard. You get to help people, and if they get crazy you can remove them.

Maybe you missed the fact that I worked in that industry for more than two decades. I've done everything there is to do in restaurants, from washing dishes to management. I know the industry, but more importantly I know the customers. I've had every kind of customer there is. I know that the parent is trying to teach their kid, but a busy restaurant isn't the time or place for that. If you do that, you're being inconsiderate. Not only to your server, but to everyone else that is waiting for your server to get done with your little crayon eater so they can get their beverages. Going out to eat doesn't give you the right to be a prick, what is it about that that you don't understand?
