I did the same (actually 6) and had bloodwork done without telling the doctor what my diet was.
He literally said "if you had told me I would have said dial that back, but after seeing your numbers keep doing what you're doing".

Exactly. I have had doctors ask me if I am a professional athlete because my vitals were so good.
