please seek medical help right away.
Go see your doctor about the meds and have them refer you to a male therapist that can help you deal with these things.

I know the feeling. Any kind of substance abuse or consistent ingestion of chemicals can mess with the brain.
It would be good if you can drop the meds, maybe find an alternative.
They can cause a brain imbalance, you're suffering from Anhedonia. Some describe it as 'pleasure proof' or 'pleasure deaf.'
It sucks immensely.
I can't even take Kratom for an extended period without suffering from this, and you lose all motivation.
Supposedly micro dosing hallucinogenics helps depression. Grow some mushrooms and give it a shot. You've got nothing to lose.
Is depression listed as a potential side effect of either of these drugs?
It is, for a variety of reasons. The biggest one is these meds are combination of oral steroids and a bunch of stimulants used to simulate normal pulmonary function. However, to do so the medications makes you weaker by suppressing your immune system.
Ok, that's tough. You have to take the med's but they're also giving you a nasty side effect. Also, the knowledge that you have to keep taking the medicatons is compounding the depression.
I'm no doctor but one thing that would be very good (and please correct me if you're already there) would be to contact a qualified nutritionist. As you already know, diet is a great way to organically change imbalances in the body but given your condition and medications it would be unwise to go it on your own.
Remember, everything exists on a bell curve. You need to do a lot of research and find the best nutritionist possible. This is very important so even if you have to go to stupid reddit to do it - do it. Good news is that most health care professionals will now do online consultations.
Second, if you haven't already done so - get posession of your FULL medical records (I mean everything). This is a great step in taking charge of your own healthcare. It really helps to have all that vital information in your hands.
Spiritually, I would be wary of spending too much time on poal. We need you in the fight to uncover the lies and hipocracy in the world but you need to be as strong as possible to do that so make sure to take regular breaks. I sometimes do this for a month or so in order to get my head straight.
Also, if you aren't already there - make sure to attend regular church services. This is one of the best and most uplifting things you can do and anybody who says otherwise is in denial of all evidence to the contrary.
And please don't forget that you are loved. Not just by God but also by all of us. Anytime you need prayers, you know where to come.
Last but not least, remember who you are. You are a goat and goats are strong headed. Goats are survivors.
Stay strong.
Have you tried high adrenaline activities such as downhill mtn biking or skateboarding? Go skydiving? Even the go kart track.
Hydration. Exercise, Eat clean and Micro dose mushrooms 🍄
You could try microdosing psilocybin. 100mg a day for 4 days then 3 days off, repeat. The dose is so low that you don't really notice it and over time it's supposed to help with depression. If nothing else has helped it might be worth a try.
Some people get stomach cramps. Ginger tea -- grate some ginger into hot water -- and/or bromelain enzymes are generally helpful.
Just to clarify for those who may not be familiar, you meant bromelain.
My doggy was having stomach problems, and my vet ok'd ginger tea.
Yup, typo. Thanks for correcting.
The image of a dog sitting and enjoying a cup of tea amuses me. I can imaging his pinky claw sticking out, très posh.
Cannabis sativa fix you right up
