No he didn't. Hillary Clinton's campaign did. Even her old staffer came forward that it was one of 5 points they were to look into about Obama during the primary. Also, no birth certificate was ever provided except the online document at white house dot gov which was proven a total fake. The one chick in Hawaii who supposedly verified it, never showed it, and was the only fatality in a plane crash a few months later. What's really weird, there is footage from another person in the water near her that shows a diver came up and dragged her down.
