One of the few rules I have on this sub is no violating the site's TOS. We recently had this where someone was making sexual posts about underage girls and I am not having it.

I will forward this to the site admins for them to handle on top of the ban from this sub. Whatever decision they make is up to them.

In light of this, I will also be taking Janitor requests to help watch this sub. Please message me here or on chat.poal.co if you are interested in being a Janitor for this sub.

Owners/mods of other subs, I suggest you do the same. We all here on Poal need to keep an eye out for content like that.

In the United States it varies. Some states it is 16, some 17, some 18. For legality sake, I determine that 18 is of age, at least on this sub. It just helps to prevent legal issues. For the rest of the website, the admins will have to clarify that. I imagine that they will have the same definition as mine.

While I do understand that 16 is of age in most of the world, society at large (including parts of Europe) in the United States does not and that is what we have to go with.

The age of consent used to be between the ages of 10-12 and 7 in Delaware (I'm looking at you President Biden). Then Feminists got the age increased to where it is now. Georgia was the last one below 18 until the 1990s when it went up from 14 years old to 18.

Some states also have close in age exceptions for 16 and 17 years such as my State of Florida. Even then, I wouldn't risk it.
