Where's Max Headroom when you need him? That was all the way back in 1987, hackers can't manage it in current year? It's like going to the moon, we don't have that technology any more.
I was thinking about Max Headroom when I said that, lol. There's gotta be some way to break into that signal.
Lol we lost tech for moon trips and efficient crematories. We are devolving technologically apparently
Genuinely curious... do you think there's something on the moon worth going back for?
With what little I know about it, I doubt there is much for us to study. There's no tectonics, organics, or atmosphere and it seems the soil is much like Earth's once acclimated for growing plants. I don't think there is much there for us, except for the location. I really feel confident that we could colonize it eventually and build a space port allowing us to launch cheaper resupply missions to the ISS and its future counterparts along with launching missions to explore the solar system and our little galactic neighborhood. Something along the lines of Luna City that Robert Heinlein wrote so much about. Subterranean dome structures built into the moon instead of on it. It's a long long way away, but I think there is something to that concept as far out as it sounds. What about you?
