Blacks have different evolutionary pressures than whites. When people say best, it's almost always subjective. Blacks live in a climate where it's warm all the time and where food to feed the entire planet is available Their primary selective pressure is, don't get eaten. Whereas whites required a high intelligence to plan ahead, master agriculture, an array of tools, food storage and preservation technologies. Sailing and timekeeping are important as this determines farming and stores. Blacks are aptly selected for simple but violent life on a tundra. Whites are aptly selected for complex life and society larger than tribal life.
