What using those "Theme" things to change your user interface (cursor, chime/horn notices/signals, etc)? or is there a cursor option (NOT what I mentioned previously) to do that.

I inherited the computer (mom's). I sill use windows 7 and PREFER windows XP, and WOULD use Windows ME if I COULD (first windows OS of my own). I HATE (Forced, coerced) change. Autistic.
