You spend your whole day fuming about "muh Jews" and "them damn niggers". You spend all of your time upset.

It's such a waste of time. It gets you nowhere. It's a deflection.

What do you get out of all of this?

Do you ever think about the beauty of life and death? Do you ever ponder your own existence? Do you ever spend any time thinking about how lucky you actually are?

Your mind is diseased with negativity and it is robbing you of life.
