Not legal advice, just my nickles worth: When you sue robinhood/td ameritrade/etc, don't get suckered into a class action lawsuit. They like those because it allows them to settle for a low amount and means they only have one set of lawyers and one judge to bribe/threaten/shop for. Instead organize online, like you're doing now, and form small groups to do lawsuits. This way the tidal wave of lawsuits is **never ending**, the problem never goes away, they just keep facing an ever growing pile of lawsuits till the legal fees fucking bankrupt them, the same way all these fucks on wallstreets do to the little guy every fucking day. Make them pay.
