I don't give a shit if you think about standing, when 20 states and 100+ representatives ask you to hear and review evidence of massive electoral fraud in a presidential election you do it. If you are going to rule against them because of standing then hear all the evidence and explain the determination of why they don't have standing in your ruling.
These things don't make it to scotus unless they're taking it very seriously. With no avenue for a solution through the supreme court, the only avenue remaining to stop a fraud is violence or secession.
