My card was stolen. I didn't report it because nobody goes to jail over misdemeanors. I don't know why there isn't an electronic record of it, but that's the state's problem and not mine.

I wonder how SECURE the "I got a vaccine" documents are RIGHT NOW? Planned to the smallest detail, or COMMON oversight situation? They would potentially be QUITE valuable at this point in time (serial numbers? related to db with ID info?) or not, depending.
