As the title says, there are no Constitutional Rights - look up the Bill of Rights.

Every one (except Seven) specifically says negative words, preventing the government from taking those actions.

This is because the Constitution is/was never designed to grant rights - otherwise that would be a backward document. The Constitution LIMITS GOVERNMENT from taking away Natural Rights, such as the Right of Self Defense, Right of Speech, Right of Assembly, etc.

Way too many people - fucking lawmakers included think that the Constitution grants rights. It never has, and never will.

Read the Ninth Amendment, and the Tenth Amendment.

If you stop with your "motion" bullshit, what you are describing is the soul.

Dave Hunt has a pretty good (and fucking readable, unlike your babbling) synopsis of thoughts.

Assuming you believe in God - which you quoted the Bible, so I'm sure your puny brain is aware of Him - all of our souls are immortal, and commune with God. This is the same idea as the zeitgeist. A plane of knowledge that exists around us.

Our soul is much like the person typing into a keyboard. You - the retard that doesn't know how to explain shit - sit at the keyboard, knowing everything, but the computer - the recipient of your blatherings - only knows what it is designed to accept.

You can type all the words you want into it, but only what is recognized makes it through.

At birth, all of our soul knowledge converts to experiential knowledge.

Adam knew everything about earth, as did most of the first people that talked directly with God, but still not as much as his soul which remained in "heaven" or wherever souls would be.

Is there anything in all of existence that isn't defined by being in motion; by constantly changing?

Mountains aren't in motion. Statues aren't in motion, etc. If I put a $20 bill on a shelf, it isn't in motion, yet it still exists as a $20 bill.

Your definition of "motion" is retarded. Change it. Use a different word.

Entropy? Even erosion would be better. What the fuck is motion?
