As the title says, there are no Constitutional Rights - look up the Bill of Rights.

Every one (except Seven) specifically says negative words, preventing the government from taking those actions.

This is because the Constitution is/was never designed to grant rights - otherwise that would be a backward document. The Constitution LIMITS GOVERNMENT from taking away Natural Rights, such as the Right of Self Defense, Right of Speech, Right of Assembly, etc.

Way too many people - fucking lawmakers included think that the Constitution grants rights. It never has, and never will.

Read the Ninth Amendment, and the Tenth Amendment.

Psychopaths don't care about laws. They see themselves as above the law.

Creating more laws and paper rights will do nothing to stop them raping, robbing, torturing, enslaving and genociding us.

We first need all the psychopaths removed from power then we will have our rights respected by moral people with empathy.

"Might makes right" needs to be reassessed in the context of the elites taking too much power, and making it impossible to counter them.
