I’m 30, in my prime, fit and angry as hell right now. I just want a leader I trust to point me and everyone like me in the direction of the enemy and say “go”

At this point, the only reasonable position to take is that no one is coming to aid you, no one will help you. You will either help yourself or die. The only successful strategy against such an overwhelming and organized enemy is to create a lose-lose scenario in everything the enemy attempts. If the enemy wants the world, ensure no world for the enemy. If the enemy wants to kill millions to gain control, then you must kill billions to ensure noone control anything, anywhere. If the enemy wants to kill you, then you become an immortal idea of death haunting the enemy forever.
The time for waking is past. Now, is the time to break pandora's seals.
