used to dealing with malicious people here all the time. One thing I have seen people do is try to divide or at least take some here and there.

When I see someone post about admin/mod abuse I can't help but think some of these are just attacks to spread the idea that some mods are unfair or bad in some way. To hurt the site and make people leave. I have asked for evidence and was not convinced. Some had arguments that were almost ok but forgot they were not on voat. That place was Lord of the Flies and everyone knows it.

There are rules here and that is a good thing. Everyone here complaining about mods enforcing those rules are whining and nothing more. I know they don't act that way in real life so they can respect but wont here. Cunts

Debate happens everywhere on poal, and we can all sharpen our wits to our hearts desire. Some people are just verbal street-shitters, and perhaps not every street needs shit scattered everywhere.

I never agree to disagree. You are partially wrong: I agree with your argument in general, but I don't think it means a sub-owner can't curate his own sub's users.

Where as, I believe curation is only valuable if it too is in good faith. The Reddit problem was sub owners curating not for quality and on topic behavior, but for ideological purity.

And a sub that is curated for ideological purity attracts intellectual dindus because they like to hide from any space where they might get called out. Enforced safe spaces only provide safety for brainlets, while stifling my access to worthwhile conversationalists behind a shit wall of one sentence circle jerk comments upvoted by subhuman knuckle draggers.

You're making a bunch of universal claims that are true something but other times they aren't.

Why do you want access to a conversation attracting and breeding only brainlets?

Wouldn't you just let users self-immolate?

If it's contained, why care? Do you love poal that much? You know poal won't stand the test of time. By the pattern of every other free speech site, I'd say we have 2.5 years until these streets are too much covered in shit.
