Exactly, go for a walk in the cold. I hiked 4 miles today, at first it was cold as shit, soon thereafter breathing that cold clean air was like shit a breath of fresh fucking air. I felt great when I got back home. I put music on made a Uge salad with grilled chicken from Sunday and stayed away from all devices and media and news. Vacuumed my truck. I’m going to start making that day a routine. The walk Cleared my head, fresh air invigorated me, salad cleared my bowels. It felt good
