I think to know why Qtards believe in Q. Qtards are mainly religious people. They were indoctrinated into believing without having proofs by their religion. What looks absurd to anybody with a conscious and independent mind, for them is considered normality. They have the Pavlov's reflex of always looking for some authoritarian figure to obey. This Qanon psy-op phenomenon was tailored exactly for their minds. They never question Q and why it appeared in front of them. I think talking with them is futile. They are too busy believing.
