This test - proving that the accepted curvature is simply untrue - was the final piece of evidence after trying to debunk flat earth for about 18 months, and not being able to disprove it to MY satisfaction.
I have not broken through a lifetime of globe conditioning on the back of one test.
Have you ever seen the full moon rise above the cloud and noticed that only the clouds close to the moon are illuminated... but you know (as can test with a torch against a wall) that the further a light source from a wall or obstacle, the broader area the light covers. When the light source is close to the wall or obstacle, the area is narrower. IF the moon were 246,000 miles away, and the highest cloud was 11 miles away, what would you expect to see? What do you see?
The earth is supposedly spinning on its axis, spinning around the sun, and the whole thing is spinning around the galaxy, into a black hole, for the fun of it. In a nutshell, we are conditioned to believe that we are a chance of nature, just got lucky, and we are headed into oblivion... on the other side, once I really accepted my findings, I drew closer to God. And became more forgiving of other humans, and the rampant stupidity in society today. I’m more peaceful, more focussed, happier and more determined than ever to continue seeking and telling truth.
Maybe some of these will interest you to look into further:

They do not interest me, but if this belief makes you a better person, I approve.
Cheers
If being conditioned to believe in globe earth makes you a better person, I do not approve. Better to know the truth!!
You are set in your beliefs and you don't care about truth.
I'm picking at you because if you can best me in this debate, you can change my mind. It's why I've always loved arguing: I either know why I believe what I believe or I correct my beliefs.
