I conducted my own tests for curvature, as there is an island I can see from my balcony. Using the altimeter in my phone and www.distance.to for ‘as the crow flies’, input into the earth curve calculator, then the island should be ‘behind the curvature’.
Water clinging to a spinning ball is not releasable, observable or measurable. If you spin a wet tennis ball, the water flings AWAY from the ball.
The sun and moon are not hundreds of thousands or millions of miles away. This is most easily evidenced by the way the light interacts with clouds - ‘hotspots’ would not be logically possible with such distant light sources.
It’s flat!

I know water always seeks its level.
water follows the path of least resistance, as something pulls it downward.
Water does not seek. It is acted upon.
