I don't know how popular this idea is in other places but around here a gated community gets together and charges 20 bucks a kid. For that 20 dollars you get to trick or treat in their neighborhood. They give out alot of candy and they a haunted house. But the best part and the reason i gladly pay is because it keeps the animals out. It's nice clean family fun.

Good idea. Lots of good white folks get pissed when carloads of non-neighborhood niggerkids and spichildren get shitted upon the neighborhood to freeload
