I don't think you have to worry too much about going over the top.

My buddy's GF taught a student named "Persuasion My Miracle No Question" (don't remember the last name, it was normal.)

Wow. That's a mouthful. I saw a name in the newspaper one time where the guys name was Nickquestion. I was really curious as to see if he had a brother named NickAnswer. That would've been really funny
