This does seem lazy. A genuine down vote is a legitimate action. A shill account that does nothing but spam down votes is not. Obvious shill down voters should be outright banned, but saying people can't hit a button that signifies their disagreement is another issue. Had VOAT not been anonymous for the most part a blocking function would have helped with the shills, but from what I understand that's frowned upon here as well. So let me get this straight: Don't disagree with someone. Don't hit a dislike button on shit posts, obvious shillery, or just outright stupidity.
