You do realize that this is self-defeating, right? The users making the posts don't want them in various subs, they want them in ... and you want them in various subs.
So what's the incentive to EVER put a post in the "correct" sub? I could literally make any post, put it in , and you'll move it for me. You are your own worst enemy here, because I'm now less likely to waste time putting a post anywhere other than since you'll do that work for me.
It's win-win for me, if you really think about it. I can be lazy, it'll get the largest number of eyes (in ) on my post for a little bit, and you'll do the legwork to sift through the subs and put the post in the "correct" one. Not only do I have no incentive to do the legwork myself, but there's literally no rationale for me not to post everything in at this point.

That is what it's for. Unless an admin wants to hide it from other users by moving it to a rarely used sub.
