Your argument about it being legal because of the founding of the country will not work simply because the Bolsheviks who have invaded hate the founding fathers and what they stood for. They hate us because we revere them, and they will simply dismiss any argument on the basis that they are the authority and they have a monopoly on violence in this country. Only they are allowed to use violence to reach their goals and enforce policy. It is absolutely illegal for the people to use violence to preserve their republic never mind that it is written in our founding document.
