There is a difference between calls to violence, which is constitutionally protected speech, and incitement to imminent lawless action.

The Court used a two-pronged test to evaluate laws affecting speech acts: 1. speech can be prohibited if its purpose is to incite or produce imminent lawless action; and 2. doing so is likely to incite or produce such an action.

Your argument about it being legal because of the founding of the country will not work simply because the Bolsheviks who have invaded hate the founding fathers and what they stood for. They hate us because we revere them, and they will simply dismiss any argument on the basis that they are the authority and they have a monopoly on violence in this country. Only they are allowed to use violence to reach their goals and enforce policy. It is absolutely illegal for the people to use violence to preserve their republic never mind that it is written in our founding document.

I am not calling for violence on any individual, location, or event. No time is being stated for any violence to happen. Nothing I'm doing is a call to action or identifiable in any way.

Those of you who know me know how quick I am to call out anyone who makes similar statements as glowing. In this case I think we're near the end of our boxes of liberty. If no court will hear us and biden is installed illegally, we may be down to two options; lose our Republic, or use the last box of liberty.
