Hell no, no medication, no excessive fapping, ok diet, I work for a living. Fuck I expected drinking to be in there somewhere. Some of us just dont need people around. I mean I been married and had several relationships and have one kid. I just dont need anyone around to feel ok. I prefer to be alone now.

There is not. If it's limited and just a way to empty your mind and thoughts to re-calibrate. But being okay with that forever is not healthy. There are few things a mammal NEEDS to live and sustain a healthy life. One of these things is interaction with some variety of kin. Doesn't necessarily need to be related.
There's no doubt you could definitely survive alone. That's not in argument. But your mind could not. There are movies that lay this out. They are true to form.
