Thats not my point, look at the link I provided and actually check this guys moderation behaviour.

He made guilds that people like. But he bans everyone for things like correcting his spelling or just saying 'thats not true'.

You can see it all if you click on the link in the OP and look at the posts that he banned users for.

Nobody wants shit like that on Poal.

That is exactly the point. You want someone to be preemptively banned for something they do/did on another place.

Moderators may create their own rules as long as they do not violate the terms of this agreement.

You are free to not subscribe and block it.
