Moderators may create their own rules as long as they do not violate the terms of this agreement.
By becoming a moderator of a default sub or been granted ownership of an existing sub, you agree to represent the best interests of the community you moderate. Continuous failure to do so may result in your removal as a moderator or owner of a given sub.
How does that tie in with banning users for plain ordinary normal comments that merely disagree with the moderator?

If you disagree with a sub, you're free to unsubscribe (if you did subscribe) and/or block it.
Thats not my point, look at the link I provided and actually check this guys moderation behaviour.
He made guilds that people like. But he bans everyone for things like correcting his spelling or just saying 'thats not true'.
You can see it all if you click on the link in the OP and look at the posts that he banned users for.
Nobody wants shit like that on Poal.
What do you do when you agree with a sub and post in good faith and still hundreds of such users get banned?
What are you going to do then when that starts happening here?
Another example, he just banned someone in the last hour just for saying
'Thank you for listening to the popular opinion and leaving. I would say you will be missed but I would probably be lying.'
All I'm asking for is to prevent this kind of abusive moderation coming to this site as well.
