IDK if this is a getting old thing or what. But it seriously sucks.

Fell asleep from 21:00 to 01:30 and then couldn't fall back asleep. Finally at 02:30 I said fuck it and made coffee.

This kind of crap happens like 80% of the time I drink now.

Not as bad. Alcohol really messes with you blood sugar. Beer being the absolute worst. Full of carbohydrates that is converted into sugars
