From easiest to hardest:

Environment

Stop wearing underwear. Your testicles need to be cool. That is why nature bothered to put a sensitive organ outside your damn body.

Supplements

  • L-Arginine (Testosterone precursor/important protein)
  • L-Carnitine (important protein)
  • Zinc (used for critical sperm components/enzymes)
  • Folic acid (DNA component which sperm needs obviously)
  • Extra vitamin C (Anti oxidant protects sperm/important)
  • Vitamin D
  • Vitamin E (Women can't get pregnant without it also anti oxidant)
  • Magnesium
  • Selenium

(You can get most of this list from a single multi vitamin)

Diet

  • Reduce carbs, get energy from fat and vegetables instead
  • Avoid processed foods
  • Eat meat, organ meats, vegetables and eggs
  • Best fats are natural (ie. not hydrogenated/trans-fats) saturated fats ie. coconut oil, palm oil and animal fats (should lead to less "age pigment"/lipofuscin). Unsaturated fats like olive/canola oil are probably still better than carbs though
  • Eat organic when possible. Especially your vegetables
  • Dairy should generally be good, but milk should be consumed with moderation due to high sugar content (lactose). This lactose is not in butter, yoghurt and cheese. Of the three yoghurt and butter are likely the best as they are more fresh while cheese is less so (fresher foods/fats will generally contain fewer fungi created carcinogens and be less rancid)

The arginine, zinc, folic acid and cool testicles will be the most important if you ignore everything else and should give fast and noticeable results.

Now go forth and be fruitful fellow right wingers so I won't have to rebuild civilization alone.

Yeah I use butter to fry things, it's the most stable fat mentioned here.

You can use canola (aka rapeseed) oil as well, it's tasteless (preserves food flavor) and has a higher temperature index (400ºF), there's also sunflower (~470) or peanut oil (~500).

I think canola oil will give you more lipofuscin (age pigment) though, same with sunflower oil. Peanuts give me muscle cramps, but I have never cooked with peanut oil.

You gotta try deep fried pork shoulder/knuckles in peanut oil :D

Avocado oil is awesome as well.
