Like, if fraud is detected and benefits a given party in a given state, the vote results in that state are not only canceled, but the party gets a multi million dollar fine too
And of course everybody directly involved gets a decade behind bars
So you just don't, ever, make the game not worth the price
...

I don't think a fine will deter corrupt dems from cheating.
Prison time would give a better result. I'm pretty sure they don't want their turd cutter probed by the diversity they jailed with their failed policies.

Collective and individual punishment, so sacrificial pawns/scape goats isn't an option. That's the only way you get the higher ups to pay fucking attention too, on both sides. Also, as I mentioned, they get caught they did it all for nothing; results are canceled for whichever wins because of that fraud
