I cant speak for black people and their experiences, but as an Indian person I am not even slightly offended by Apu from the Simpsons or any depiction of asian or brown people in family guy.

Jokes about racial stereotypes are about highlighting how stupid those stereotypes are, while at the same time triggering a 'haha thats totally happened to me / in my life!' response and most of the jokes made are relatable to people who have had those experiences.

I feel that most of the people claiming to be offended by such are majority white people that are simply virtue signalling to get upvotes on social media, and this demeans and takes attention away from genuine racism, such as the sheer number of people of all races I have experienced during my life that have assumed that because I have brown skin and Indian heritage, then I must automatically be an expert on anything and everything from India, that I must therefore be a bollywood and bhangra fan.

In fact most of the content that Bollywood puts out is vastly more racist than anything in western media and goes completely ignored - characters are always made to follow cultural stereotypes, racism against non Indian people is prevalent throughout the whole history, such as one film containing the joke 'Chinese, Japanese, whats the difference?', and many others always painting white people as evil with lines such as 'Lets teach those 'Gora' a lesson' (Gora = deregetory Indian term for white people).

Do I even need to mention having constantly been told by my elders throughout my childhood that I was never allowed to speak to 'Goras' or 'Kallahs'? (literally meaning whiteys and darkies, i.e. white and black people).

The amount of rage and hate that this seemingly mostly white virtue signalling / cancel culture group of people are putting out nowadays is so over the top and completely undermines genuine and real racism that people actually face everyday.

The attention you'll get depends on how you present your thoughts.

A clean formatting will get more attraction, since people generally tend to skip walls of text.
