You don't need paypal anymore, most places I deal with quit accepting it years ago when it became obvious that paypal wanted to be Ulti-Judge with your money and it's social implications. Hard to run an event when paypal decides you're NOKD and keeps your money for 180 days.
eBay because you don't need an account anymore, almost everything is fixed price so if you want to buy something you just purchase like any other merchant with a guest checkout.
