Well yesterday I went to log into the ESXi Host(the physical machine mumble is hosted on) and web interface is completely down, so I figure I'll just reboot the bitch and everything will be fine, well I rebooted it and everything was not fine none of the VMs came back up. I was able to SSH into the thing but half of the services that should have been there were just fucking gone. So I thought mother fucker I'm going to have to reinstall the OS on this thing and manually backup and restore all the VMs. So I fucked with it tonight for serveral hours trying to find a way to make it work like it is supposed to and after I managed to update the OS over SSH then I could get into the web interface and startup VMs from the web interface again, I lost all the autoboot settings but thats no big deal to reconfigure. In short I am a badass and MacGuyver doesn't have shit on me.
