They may have more money if they weren't paying people to record puppies and kittens running around a closed zoo.
There's a zoo here that was putting together an adult sleepover/safari event for about $300 a head. Drinks, meals, a night in a safari tent... All before the economy was crushed. Money for them was a problem before all this crap.

My zoo does events like that too, but it is geared towards children.
They still need staff to care for the animals. The videos a likely a small part of those people's day. I doubt it incurs additional cost.
