Let's just ignore the fact that the 1st Amendment protects the citizens freedom to assemble.
Some states are forcing people to wear masks when in public. Police are going into stores, gas stations, etc. and removing/fining people thousands of $ because they're "not wearing a mask and therefore risking public health".
Show me, where in the constitution, these powers are given to the government?
In cases like these, it is our mandate as citizen of the US, to practice civil disobedience in the face of a tyrannical government. Proof? The Declaration of Independence..
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by
their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit
of Happiness.— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving

institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in
