Aww that's so sweet of you.
Ours is small but plenty for the kids to run around in at least.
I'm just really thankful we don't live in a townhouse anymore with a shared backyard for most of the complex

Concerning your garden. You might want to consider building 12" tall beds to keep the critters away. Treated 2x12's worked great for us.
