Yeah I just was having just a little aching sat down in the car to go to work and holy shit that just got 100 times worse, been that way for 3 days now. Its okay though I'm sure I'll be better tomorrow(Or I'm really fucking hoping)

Man I just woke up one day and sat up and my back was fucked. Go to a chiropractor, no shit. Even one visit helps immensely.
