Take it a day at a time. Sometimes an hour or minute
I figure just let the weeks go by and ignore it for the most part (I don't crave though).
Soon enough I'll be at 7 weeks then 8 weeks.
I quit drinking to readjust though and was bored of it (didn't want that to linger on).
UK has dry January (one month) - just a marathon... that's it to me. Plus I'm an American... Can easily beat the U.K's one month challenge without trying (not really a challenge to me).

I'd rather be an olympian (few months at least). not just running a marathon (one month), but quitting for a few months.

May not be an olympian (obviously), but I don't want to lose my mental speed (very important)...
just a typing test, but I like to use my mental speed for different things like the video below. Worried about losing my mental speed.
plus there's minor feats I want to hit like 200+ WPM if not 205-210 WPM for 4 seconds (first 4 seconds) on a typing test and 150-170 WPM (overall). may just be a typing test and not that important, but my mental speed is important especially for long term overall health to me personally.
