I'm at 45 days without drinking so far. The 1st will put me at 46 days.

46 days without drinking on Jan 1st.

4 months - 120 days or so then 10 days (plus 2020 is a leap year). - .25 + .25 + .25 + .25 - so we get that extra day.

I'll be at about 180 days and that will be a long enough break to consider where to go from next.

Im so bored with life.

So I have a glass or 3.

Have to admit hate waking up in the morning feeling like shit.

Drink lots of water,Drink lots of water,Drink lots of water,Drink lots of water,Drink lots of water.

Was going to have an alcho free nye....

watching fireworks as I pour another shiraz...

need to start swimming again.

how do I give myself a kick up the bum?

I always make sure I have stuff to do myself for the most part.

I have to actively focus on making sure I have a constructive day (making sure to enjoy side ventures and/or side hobbies for that matter - not always boring fill up my day type stuff) for the most part. I've been doing this for a long time even before this.

Tonight I'll drink a glass to your achievement!

Keep it up!

Just don't the whole thing. Had a buddy that accidentally the whole thing.

Thanks, I'll have my drink next year though or December 31st, 2020.

I accidentally the whole thing. The original starts out with a plastic coke bottle, but it could be said when it comes to drinking anything. People use furniture though to as well.

If you have a glass and some alcohol. don't accidentally the whole thing and drink the glass or cup (maybe red solo cup) and some alcohol.

don't accidentally the whole thing (picture below - drink the glass mug and the beer by mistake).

I'm thinking about giving it up or at least cutting back myself. Idk even know when the last I went even a week without drinking, so it will be day by day.

Nice. Good job man.

Good for you. Not drinking is often more enjoyable than drinking.

I enjoy it then get bored of it.

I'd have a great 5-8 hours of drinking 7-10 beers or so then other times I'd be kind of bored of it or tired.

So I have until may 10th to quit? Im on board, hell I cant remember the last day I didnt drink. My goals arent so lofty, I would just like to cut back.

Take it a day at a time. Sometimes an hour or minute

I figure just let the weeks go by and ignore it for the most part (I don't crave though).

Soon enough I'll be at 7 weeks then 8 weeks.

I quit drinking to readjust though and was bored of it (didn't want that to linger on).

UK has dry January (one month) - just a marathon... that's it to me. Plus I'm an American... Can easily beat the U.K's one month challenge without trying (not really a challenge to me).

I'd rather be an olympian (few months at least). not just running a marathon (one month), but quitting for a few months.

May not be an olympian (obviously), but I don't want to lose my mental speed (very important)...

just a typing test, but I like to use my mental speed for different things like the video below. Worried about losing my mental speed.

plus there's minor feats I want to hit like 200+ WPM if not 205-210 WPM for 4 seconds (first 4 seconds) on a typing test and 150-170 WPM (overall). may just be a typing test and not that important, but my mental speed is important especially for long term overall health to me personally.
